We flick lines throughout the whole area into 'bays' of 4 tiles each so that you can work out the most effective use of tiles as in cuts to walls etc. This method also allows the best use to play with the tiles if they are uneven, which you cant do with spacers as they are a fixed gap.

I would seriously consider requesting help from the supplier, get the shop where you bought the tiles to visit and complain to the manufacturer and demand their assistance.

This trick removes the challenges of level grout lines and square corners. Follow the package instructions for the tile mastic or thinset used for adhering the tiles to the wall. The tiles must be ‘set’ before you attempt to grout them, or they will move and cause you headaches. Generally 24 hours will do for this, and some setup more quickly.
Drill 2-3 holes on each side of the tile depending on tile size. Larger tiles require more holes to allow for ventilation. Drill STRAIGHT down into the grout lines inside the problem areas (do not contact tiles with drill bit). Once the drill bit clears the grout line you will feel it release meaning you have reached the void.
